I need help please with my teeth.

Hi'I am looking for a dentist that is willing to offer there time in helping me get my teeth done they hurt so bad and the front are getting ready to break the rest of the way off.I do not even like to smile at all but my job is in sales so i can't exactly hide if i could i would stay in my house because i am so embarrased by my teeth i need a full upper plate and a bottom partial i have been working with a dentist we have finished the top inpressions but not the bottoms but i lost my insurance so i have not been able to continue please help if you can.Grandmother of 5 at age 44 and i can't even smile with them sadddddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
